This page is a listing of all villas on the site. So far this is only my own  "Orchard Villa" - and an imaginary sample entry "Villa Paradigma" which is to invite other local owners to list their villas on this site (currently free - details, click ⇒ 'Owners - List your Villa')

I run this site myself, so it does not charge you an extra fee or inflated price to rent with me - if you're interested why, see "FYI" below - or click on > 'Fair Pricing'

FYI, and to save money...

I set up this "Skiathos Greek Villas" site because I had become dependent for rentals by advertising on sites like "HomeAway.uk" (and its former site "Owners Direct.co.uk").
Since 1998 they had provided an advertising platform so you could contact me to negotiate a rental with no added fee or hidden commission in the price.

But - in 2016 these sites started to charge you a 10%-20%+ effectively booking fee to reply to adverts I had already paid for, and censored my contact details out of the adverts so you could only contact me by their own similarly censored email service, and be forced to pay the fee.
